Refunds are not permitted for any purchases of units, products, or services. Clients who have ordered a unit are encouraged to reach out to contact@zoraobi.com within 48 hours of receiving their unit if they encounter any issues. After this initial 48 hour period, WigsbyZora will no longer be accountable for any matters related to the unit, product, and/or services. In addition, WigsbyZora will not be held liable for any potential future problems. Rest assured, if any errors occur due to our oversight, we will promptly address and correct them.
